MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPY

Regain your mobility and quality of life.

We treat joint, muscle and tendon injuries, as well as postural imbalances resulting from your daily activity, profession or movement habits. We also support your functional recovery after orthopaedic or trauma surgery, helping you regain strength, mobility and overall quality of life.

The most common injuries we see in our clinic include:

Lesiones musculares y tendinitis

Postural problems and back pain

Habitual movement patterns or sustained postures can lead to chronic back discomfort, including neck pain and lower back pain.

Through joint mobilisations, stretching and corrective exercises, we work to restore body alignment and relieve pain.

We also apply massage therapy, dry needling and manual therapy to release trigger points and improve joint mobility.

Postural education is essential, which is why we integrate postural hygiene routines into all our tailored treatment plans.

Nerve compression and neuromuscular conditions

Nerve entrapment or irritation may lead to radiating pain, tingling or weakness.

At Movo, we treat conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome or sciatica using techniques such as neuromodulation, dry needling and neural mobilisation — all aimed at relieving nerve pressure, reducing symptoms and restoring normal function.

Injuries to the hip, knee and foot

The lower limb joints — hip, knee and foot — bear most of our body weight and are prone to overuse and injury.

We treat conditions such as trochanteric pain syndrome, hip bursitis, patellofemoral syndrome, ankle sprains and plantar fasciitis, combining manual therapy, functional taping and targeted exercises.

Our goal is to enhance mobility, relieve pain and reinforce joint and muscle stability.

Injuries to the shoulder, elbow and wrist/hand

The upper limbs are involved in almost every daily activity, so injuries can have a major impact on your quality of life.

We commonly treat rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and carpal tunnel syndrome, using personalised approaches to reduce pain, restore range of motion and prevent relapse.

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction

TMJ disorders can lead to jaw pain, difficulty chewing, headaches and dizziness.

At Movo Physiotherapy, we offer a comprehensive approach to address TMJ dysfunction and related cervical conditions, combining:

  • Manual therapy
  • Joint mobilisation and relaxation techniques
  • Vestibular exercises and targeted orofacial muscle work

Our goal is to reduce muscle tension, improve joint mobility and ease symptoms — helping you feel your best again.
